Folks in Milwaukee ride bikes. Admirably, they ride bikes in the snow. I have seen them riding two abreast in the dark in heavy snow. They have beautiful lakefront parks to ride in, but the city streets are fairly bike-friendly in general. It looks bracing but beautiful to me. This is a view from Juneau Park.
